Cookie policy

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website places on your device when you visit. They help the site work correctly, remember your preferences and, depending on the type, give us an anonymous view of how the site is used.

Which cookies do we use?

Ripal takes a minimal approach. We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work and, with your consent, anonymous statistical cookies.

  • Functional

These cookies are essential: they remember your language, your cookie consent and, in the pallet finder, the answers you give during the wizard. No prior consent is required for these cookies.

  • Statistics (optional) — Google Analytics 4

With your consent, we set Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to understand which pages work for our visitors. Until you accept, Google Analytics runs in cookieless mode (Consent Mode v2): no cookies are placed, only anonymised and aggregated signals are sent. Cookies expire after a maximum of 13 months.

  • Marketing

We do not set marketing cookies or third-party advertising trackers.

Manage your preferences

You can refuse or delete cookies at any time via your browser settings. Disabling functional cookies can make some parts of the site unusable.

Retention period

Functional session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Preference cookies, such as language choice, are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Statistical cookies are anonymised or deleted within 13 months.
