- What is an EPAL B363 pallet?
- An EPAL B363 pallet is an 800 × 1200 mm euro pallet produced and inspected under the official EPAL licence number B363, held by Ripal bv. It meets the UIC 435 standard: 78 nails, 9 blocks, 4000 kg static load, 1500 kg dynamic. It is interchangeable across the open European EPAL pool.
- How many EPAL pallets fit in a truck?
- A standard truck typically loads about 627 EPAL 800 × 1200 pallets (33 stacks of 19) or 21 stacks of CP pallets. The exact figure depends on stacking height, load weight and vehicle.
- What is the lead time for new pallets?
- With our own fleet we deliver within 24 hours in Belgium and northern France, 48 hours in the Netherlands and 72 hours in western Germany and Luxembourg. We prefer full-truckload orders; smaller volumes are possible on request.
- Is there a minimum order?
- We prefer full-truckload orders, roughly 627 euro pallets or 21 stacks of CP pallets. Smaller quantities can be discussed.
- Do you supply ISPM15 pallets for export?
- Yes. Our pallets are available with ISPM15 (HT 56 °C / 30 min), IPPC-stamped under the Belgian licence. Because our timber is already dry, this treatment does not extend lead time. Required for shipments to the US, Canada, China, Australia, Russia and other non-EU destinations.
- Which countries do you deliver to?
- We deliver daily to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg with our own fleet. For other European destinations we arrange transport on request.
