How we price

What are your pallets worth?

We do not list fixed prices on this page: the second-hand pallet market follows the HPE index and shifts every week. Our offer, however, always rests on the same four levers. For a current per-pallet price, check the product pages on our webshop or request an offer for your batch.

01

Type & grade

EPAL, CP, 80×120 or 100×120 block, oneway, collars: every type has its own market value. Grade (A as new, B internal use, C salvageable timber) sets the price within a range.

02

Volume

We work by the full truckload. The larger the batch, the bigger the discount. Recurring flow with a fixed contract unlocks an additional pricing tier.

03

HPE index & market

Our reference price tracks the HPE index (Hauptverband der Holzpackmittel) and current European demand for recycled timber and pallets. The market moves; our offer stays aligned with today's market.

04

Condition of the batch

Batch sorted by type = highest price. Mixed batch = we sort at our facility against a small sorting fee. Broken pallets: we collect them free of charge per unit, or against a small allowance for an unsorted lot.

What we accept

Practically anything wooden that stacks.

Sorted by type? You get the best price. Mixed? No problem, we sort at our facility against a small fee. Broken pallets or salvageable timber: we do not refuse them.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

The things we get asked most often about pallet buy-back. A question not covered? Drop us a line, we reply within the working day.

Why a 250-pallet minimum for collection?
With our own fleet we collect from 250 pallets up. That is the level at which a truck pays off for you and for us. For smaller volumes you can deliver to our facility in Rekkem after contact; we pay the same conditions.
How do you determine the price?
Four levers: type and grade, volume, the HPE index & market demand, and the state of the batch (sorted or mixed). We quote based on the information you send and confirm a firm price before collection.
When am I paid?
Standard: bank transfer within 30 days of collection. If you prefer to be paid within 7 days, we offer that against a 1.5% early-payment discount.
Do you accept broken pallets?
Yes. Broken pallets are taken free of charge per unit within a sorted batch. For a mixed batch containing broken pallets, a small flat allowance is agreed. We do not turn away salvageable timber.
Which regions do you collect from?
With our own fleet we collect within a 250 km radius around Rekkem (Belgium): all of Belgium, most of the Netherlands, northern and central France up to Paris, western Germany (Bonn, Cologne, Essen, Düsseldorf) and Luxembourg city. Beyond that we arrange transport on quote, or you deliver to us.
Do you offer recurring collection contracts?
Yes, for recurring volumes. A fixed contract gives you stable planning and a price more closely aligned with the current market. Contact us to discuss frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, on call).
What do you need from me for an offer?
The approximate pallet count, 2 to 3 perspective photos of the batch, the pickup address and truck accessibility. If you can specify type (EPAL, CP, block, mixed), the offer is faster and sharper.
