Bespoke pallets

Designed around what you ship.

We do not start from a standard size, but from your product, your machines, racking and transport. That turns bespoke into a smart, fixed link in the chain.

Design decisions

A pallet is a series of choices.

Bespoke is about understanding where the pressure sits, how goods move and what rhythm your planning needs.

Load

01

Where does the product actually need support?

We set the bearing points, board direction and pressure spread from the product itself.

Warehouse

02

Does it fit the daily movement?

Racking, forklifts, turning circles and stacking all feed into the design.

Rhythm

03

Can it run smoothly in your flow?

After the test, we set price, production and delivery moments out clearly.

Prototype sprint

From an open question to a pallet that works.

The flow is short, practical and testable. No long technical detour — just the right questions before production starts.

01

Briefing without fuss

A photo, a sketch or a dimension is enough. We translate it into the technical questions that matter: dimensions, load, treatment, series size.

02

Sample for you to validate

After agreement, we build a sample you can see and handle before production starts. No commitment on the series until you have signed off on the sample.

03

Series production, delivered in 14 days

Once the sample is approved, the series follows within 14 working days. Clear volumes, fixed planning, repeatable quality.

What we design for

Three situations.One calm design conversation.

We bring the question back to the few choices that make the difference: format, load and route. Less noise, a better pallet.

Design focus

The right pallet starts with real-world use.

01

Unusual dimensions

For products that are just too long, wide, narrow or compact for standard sizes.

02

Heavy or fragile loads

More support where it is needed, less material where it can be saved.

03

Storage and export

Built for stacking, treatment and cross-border transport.

ISPM15 on bespoke

Export-ready without extending lead time.

Most manufacturers first have to wait for the timber to dry before applying the ISPM15 treatment. Our timber is already dry when production starts. The result: we deliver bespoke pallets compliant with ISPM15 (HT 56 °C / 30 min), IPPC-stamped under our Belgian licence, with no extra working day added to the schedule.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

The things we get asked most often about bespoke. Not finding your answer? Drop us a line; we reply within 24 working hours.

What is your minimum order for bespoke pallets?
We produce bespoke from 200 units per order. For recurring flow under a fixed contract, smaller series can be discussed; get in touch.
How long does a bespoke pallet take?
For series production, allow 14 working days after the sample is signed off. Sample lead time depends on project complexity; we give you a firm date at briefing.
ISPM15 on bespoke: how much extra time?
None. Our timber is always pre-dried, which lets us apply ISPM15 treatment (HT 56 °C / 30 min) without extending delivery. Pallets are IPPC-stamped under our Belgian licence, ready for non-EU export.
What do you need for a quote?
Dimensions (l × w × h), estimated load weight, storage mode (rack, floor, container), use (indoor, outdoor, export) and intended series size. A sketch, a photo of the product or a technical drawing speeds up the quote.
What timber do you use?
Standard: softwood (spruce / pine) from European sawmills. Other species are open for discussion depending on use case and budget; we advise on the load / weight / cost trade-off.
What do you do in-house, and when do you recommend external expertise?
With 39 years of experience we design from your specifications: dimensions, loads, storage, export. For certified lab load tests or formal ISO 8611 calculations we work with external partners; we point you to them when needed.
Which sectors do you serve most for bespoke?
Chemicals and petrochemicals, food, automotive, agriculture, logistics and industrial manufacturing. Each sector has its specific constraints (load, hygiene, temperatures, export); bespoke lets us address them precisely.
