For exports outside the European Union, we apply the ISPM15 heat treatment. It is the international phytosanitary standard that allows your shipment to clear customs without issue.

What is ISPM15?
ISPM15 (International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15) is the global standard requiring all wooden packaging materials exported outside the EU to be treated against harmful organisms.

How do we treat it?
We use HT (Heat Treatment): the timber is heated to a core temperature of at least 56 °C for 30 minutes. Each pallet is then marked with the IPPC stamp showing the country code (BE), the licence number and the treatment code (HT).

For which countries?
ISPM15 is mandatory for exports to the US, Canada, China, Australia, Brazil, Russia, India and many other countries. In any doubt? Ask us. We know the rules for your destination.
